Below you will find some answers to questions that may come up.
As a Plaintiff you would complete an affidavit as to why you feel that elections in your county need to be audited.
You would then describe either a personal experience or one that you have personal knowledge of in regard to a red flag issue/irregularity.
Additionally, you can absolutely reference the expert testimony of Seth Keshel, WEiCU and Jovan Hutton Pulitzer all of whom show substantial evidence as to why we need a full forensic audit of our Washington election system.
This is your opportunity to make your voice be heard in demanding that our elections are transparent, secure AND publicly verified in your county and WA state overall.
The filing fee will be split by multiple Plaintiffs so it is more than likely that everyone pays a very minimal amount.
Due to the mask mandates and other Covid issues it’s likely that the hearing would be done by zoom.
